The Rossoblù have submitted an offer to Milan for a loan with an option to buy—which could become an obligation—to bring Pobega back.
Tommaso Pobega returned to Milan after a loan season at Bologna, but his future still seems likely to be away from Milan. And still with the Rossoblù.

The season he spent under Vincenzo Italiano was a positive one, and so sporting director Sartori is now trying to reach an agreement with the Rossoneri for a new move to Emilia.
Bologna are pushing and have submitted an offer to bring Pobega back, while in the meantime he is training under the orders of Massimiliano Allegri in Milan’s preseason training camp.
According to information gathered by Calciomercato.com, Bologna have submitted a proposal for a paid loan with a buy option that could become an obligation under easily reachable conditions. The Rossoblù have reportedly offered 1 million upfront plus 7 million to sign him permanently, totaling 8 million.
Milan are considering it. Allegri likes the player, and a decision will be made in the coming days, while Pobega—who came through the Rossoneri youth system and is therefore useful in terms of squad registration rules—continues to train and prepare for the upcoming season.
Bologna had previously decided not to exercise the buy option despite his 22 league appearances, 2 goals, and 2 assists. Italiano likes him, and the Rossoblù were satisfied with his performances—but not enough to pay the 12 million buy clause.
Hence the idea to submit a lower offer compared to the price agreed a year ago, when Milan and Bologna closed the deal for the midfielder’s initial loan. The negotiation could soon enter a decisive phase, with Pobega potentially changing shirts once again.
