AC Milan are still on the hunt for a number nine to pair with Santiago Gimenez ahead of next season. Among the many names that have emerged is that of Nicolas Jackson, the Senegalese striker born in 2001 who is expected to leave Chelsea.
As reported by Orazio Accomando on his X profile, there was direct contact in recent hours between Milan’s management and the player’s agents. The Rossoneri have made an initial exploratory inquiry, but at the moment, the price demanded by the Blues remains too high. The club from Via Aldo Rossi is looking for the right formula to bring Jackson to Milan.
Here are the words of Orazio Accomando:
“In the past few hours, there has been direct contact between Milan’s management and Epic Sports' super agent, Ali Barat. Jackson, a striker on his way out of Chelsea, was discussed. It was an exploratory inquiry, following Milan’s initial assessment of other profiles. They’re now working on finding the right formula: Jackson is on the shortlist for the Rossoneri’s attack.”
