On Thursday evening, Giovanni Branchini, well-known agent and representative of Max Allegri, also spoke on Sky Sport about the negotiation between Milan and Club Brugge for Ardon Jashari. Carlo Pellegatti, journalist of Rossoneri faith, comments on these statements in a video uploaded to his Instagram profile:
"Some details about the negotiation and the Ardon Jashari deal escape me. I start from the statements of Giovanni Branchini, authoritative figure in the world of football, long-time agent and representative of Massimiliano Allegri. Yesterday, interviewed by Sky, he says: ‘Don’t think that Allegri will resign if Jashari doesn’t come to Milan. He is an interesting player that Milan is trying to acquire with significant effects. There is no concern on Max’s part about the completion of the squad. But are you so sure that Jashari is such a firm and insistent request from Allegri? He was proposed and passed the evaluation. He’s an interesting player but not the eleventh one missing in order to be able to play. I’m not even so sure that within the club everyone agrees on this operation.’"
"It’s a statement that leaves me astonished. But then Jashari, it’s been 2 months that the negotiation has started… Why did it start? Who wants him? Why did we bring the offer to 33.5 million plus 2 in easy bonuses and 2.5 more difficult ones? These words put me in total confusion, I don’t understand anything anymore.”
