For now, the saga surrounding Ardon Jashari’s future is not yet at its conclusion. In fact, it may soon be enriched by a new chapter: as reported this morning by La Gazzetta dello Sport, in the coming days the Swiss midfielder will have another meeting with the top management of Club Brugge, during which he will once again reiterate his desire to join Milan, who do not seem inclined to raise its most recent offer of €33.5 million plus bonuses.
Jashari has been putting pressure on the Belgian club's executives for weeks, also relying on a promise made to him a few months ago: if a club of his liking presented an offer exceeding €30 million, Club Brugge would grant him permission to leave. A promise which, for now, the Bruges-based club has yet to honor.
