This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport headlines on its front page:
"The Scent of Milan."
A positive first official outing for the Rossoneri, who last night at San Siro, in front of more than 71,000 spectators, beat Bari 2–0 and booked their place in the Coppa Italia Round of 32, where they will face Lecce.

Rafael Leão opened the scoring but later picked up a calf injury, though it is not considered a concern ahead of Saturday’s league opener against Cremonese.
The second goal came after the break, with Christian Pulisic striking home from a Santiago Gimenez assist.
The second half also saw the official debuts of both Ardon Jashari and Luka Modrić, who received a rapturous welcome from the many fans at San Siro.
