According to The Standard in England, Milan and Porto have set their sights on Jakub Kiwior, the Arsenal defender born in 2000, who made 30 appearances across all competitions for the Gunners last season. The Polish centre-back, who was not used in Sunday’s Premier League opener against Manchester United, has now slipped further down Mikel Arteta’s pecking order following the arrival of Cristhian Mosquera in London.
Arsenal would be happy to keep him in the squad, but could consider letting him go if a significant offer were to arrive, or if the player himself requested a move in search of more playing time. It is worth recalling that Kiwior has already played in Italy during his career, having worn the Spezia shirt for a season and a half.
