According to Corriere della Sera, there’s nothing to be done, even this year, for Adrien Rabiot at Milan. The French midfielder is reportedly "pushing to stay at Marseille: despite recent tensions, De Zerbi doesn’t want to lose him." For the Italian coach, the former Juventus player is "the most important player, alongside Greenwood, and he knows Adrien wants to play in the Champions League, a tournament Marseille will participate in, unlike Milan."

In addition to that, Milan’s transfer market saw yet another dramatic day yesterday, full of surprises and twists. Just when it seemed everything was set for Conrad Harder, the deal for the Danish striker fell through. Milan decided to leave the 2005-born Sporting Lisbon forward where he is due to the Portuguese club’s hesitation over the green light and the constantly changing conditions imposed by his entourage. Milan simply said, "Well, goodbye," and turned their attention elsewhere.
It won’t be Dusan Vlahovic either. The Serbian’s stance remains to stay at Juventus, or at least not fully open to Milan. Nothing has changed in recent weeks: his wage demands and agent fees remain sky-high, beyond the usual parameters of a RedBird-era Milan. Even Juventus, despite the striker having only a year left on his contract, is asking a high price for his transfer. So the deal will not happen.
In recent hours, Milan has shifted focus to two other players. Work is underway to acquire Christopher Nkunku, the atypical central striker from Chelsea, on a permanent deal for a fee exceeding €30 million, and on the loan of Artem Dovbyk from Roma, who would also allow a potential purchase option. A double move in attack is being planned, factoring in outgoing transfers totaling €50 million, Musah to Atalanta and Chukwueze to Fulham.
