In the press conference, Max Allegri was clear about Rafael Leao’s injury:
"Leao has a problem with his soleus. Whether it’s an elongation or a strain doesn’t change anything, it’s a dangerous muscle. He won’t be there tomorrow, in my view he won’t be there in Udine either, I think we’ll see him against Napoli. The soleus is a dangerous muscle."
After the injury suffered during Milan - Bari, the club reassured that the Portuguese would be assessed day by day and was even aiming for the Lecce away match before the break. But Leao did not play at Via del Mare and, according to Allegri, he will not play this weekend or the next. The target is therefore Milan - Napoli (on September 28, 2025). If that happens, it will be 42 days, about a month and a half, since Milan-Bari on August 17.
