On Sunday against Bologna, Christopher Nkunku made his official debut for Milan, coming on in the 85th minute in place of Santiago Gimenez. Despite the limited time, the Frenchman made a strong impact and even won a penalty that was shockingly not awarded to the Rossoneri.

After a difficult summer at Chelsea, where he was left out of Maresca’s plans, he arrived at Milanello in the final days of August far from peak condition. After a couple of weeks of work, his fitness is improving, but tomorrow night for the 4th Serie A fixture against Udinese, he will again start on the bench, as relayed via Milan News.
Nkunku may instead find space from the first minute on Tuesday in the Coppa Italia match against Lecce at San Siro.
