Luca Bianchin, Italian journalist, wrote the following on gazzetta.it about AC Milan:
"Alex Jimenez in the summer had a couple of delays that were not well received and was asked to look for another solution, despite being a young player with clear talent and personality. Theo Hernandez, who in his first phase with Milan was outstanding but in the last year has paradoxically been more harmful than useful, was openly put on the market."

Bianchin continued:
"Tare and Allegri are men of principles and have left their mark, even if at times their ideas were different. From day one, Tare used the great Milan of the past as a reference point, with the desire to restore Milan’s style and rules. Allegri often jokes with players but he is not lenient with those who set a bad example. He also has an expanded staff, with young assistants like Magnanelli and Corradi, who help a lot in the week-to-week management. The result is that, for everyone, there are no excuses. The new Milan is also born from this."
