In his interview with 'Top Story", Igli Tare spoke about his beginnings as a player and the trip to Italy (read here). Then, he also discussed his present at AC Milan. Here are the sporting director's words:
On joining AC Milan:
"It was a possibility I felt would come. I always thought that one day my path would cross with this club, and it did. In the past there were other opportunities, but I managed to get here only later."

Tare added:
"Milan is among the most successful clubs in the world along with Real Madrid. Until a few years ago, it was the club with the most trophies won. Reaching this level required hard work, sacrifices, and passion. It is an honor to be part of the history of a club like this. Being part of this reality makes me very satisfied. For personal growth, my experience with Milan is fundamental. For me, it is not just a club, but an integral part of my career and life."
On choosing Massimiliano Allegri to coach the AC Milan team:
"The club supported my opinion to hire him as coach because his experience and the way he manages different situations with the team and the club are excellent."
On Ardon Jashari, Tare said:
"He has everything to become a great player."
