Alessandro Florenzi, who grew up at Roma and is a lifelong fan of the club but also had an important and recent spell at Milan, was a guest on Sky Sport 24 during Roma - Inter. He spoke about the differences between playing in the capital and in Milan:
"Playing for Roma is not easy. For me, it was wonderful, but the pressure in Rome is something I’ve rarely experienced elsewhere. In Milan, you don’t feel the same kind of pressure. In Rome, people live for football. In Rome, everything revolves around matchday."
Florenzi continued:
"In Rome, I don’t go out to dinner if we lose. In Milan, I’ve gone out after a defeat and didn’t feel uncomfortable. Not uncomfortable in the sense of danger, to be clear. You simply feel a different kind of responsibility compared to other cities I’ve played in. So, Soulé has the qualities to become a leader at Roma, but he needs support from the dressing room. There are players with strong personalities who can help him. His technical ability is not in question."
