“Allegri rejects Australia and fears the 'newly promoted curse'"
The newspaper relayed head coach Massimiliano Allegri’s words from yesterday’s press conference as he opposed the idea of playing Milan - Como in Australia:
"We expect a decision soon. If it’s played in Italy, better. If not, we’ll organize ourselves to go to Perth."
During the conference, Allegri also spoke at length about tonight’s match at San Siro against Pisa:
"Pisa are a physical team that defend well. It will be hard to score against them. We already lost to Cremonese, so we’ll try to break the curse against the second newly promoted side."
