Today’s edition of 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' headlines on the front page:
"Nkunku’s time. There’s a balloon to inflate."
On Sunday evening, Milan will host Roma at San Siro, and for this match Max Allegri risks being without not only Pulisic but also Rafael Leao and Santiago Gimenez, who trained separately yesterday and are therefore in doubt. The ex Juventus head coach still hopes to recover both, at least for the bench.
As a result, Christopher Nkunku is almost certain to start against the Giallorossi. For the Frenchman, who joined permanently from Chelsea this summer for 37 million euros plus bonuses, it would be his first start in Serie A. Alongside him in attack, Ruben Loftus-Cheek is also expected to start.
