Milan lose Zachary Athekame to injury. The Swiss fullback, who arrived in the summer from Young Boys, will miss the derby against Inter scheduled for tomorrow at 20:45 at San Siro. Massimiliano Allegri announced this in today’s press conference.

Allegri said in the press conference: "Tomorrow the unavailable players are Athekame, who has an issue with the soleus, and Gimenez due to his ankle. The others are fine and have improved their condition, and this is good for tomorrow and for the stretch we face from now to March."
The Swiss fullback stopped due to a soleus problem, the same muscle that sidelined Adrien Rabiot for more than a month. Before estimating recovery time, the player must undergo scans to check for a lesion and, if present, determine its extent. For now, the 20-year-old defender is ruled out of the derby against Inter.
