After Torino-Milan 2-3, Massimiliano Allegri’s assistant, Marco Landucci, spoke to DAZN.
“If we are satisfied? We are satisfied because we won. In the first half we got things wrong because we did not expect Torino to sit back. We were naive, we needed to stretch the play but instead we allowed counters. In the second half the team showed strength and heart. I want to thank the medical staff and Pulisic. If we have 31 points it is because this group does not complain. I have never worked with a group like this, we need to keep going.”
Your view on Christopher Nkunku:
"In the second half he improved along with the whole team. He likes to drop into a midfield role, but we think he must play closer to goal. He had a chance to score and he did well with the backheel touch. I liked his second half and I am sure he will keep growing."
On Rafael Leao:
“We will know tomorrow. We hope it is nothing serious because Rafa is important for us.”
How heavy is this win? Landucci commented:
"They are important points. For me this is the turning point. We need to start matches with the mindset to win and pick up as many points as possible. We won, we are pleased. This was a tough match, the team reacted well. The team made mistakes but we will work to improve."
