Giorgio Furlani, CEO of Milan, addressed those present at the Rossoneri youth sector Christmas celebration, which was attended not only by the young male and female players, but also by the rest of the management, the youth sector leaders led by Vincenzo Vergine, Massimiliano Allegri, and some first-team players, including Modric, Leao, and Maignan:

“Innovation means having courage, the courage to look forward and to believe in the future. Innovation is vision, growth, and trust in young people. Milan’s future is born here, in the Youth Sector, where dreams become goals, and talent meets responsibility, in every training session and every sacrifice you make. Behind every step forward are extraordinary people: coaches, educators, executives. But also those who work away from the spotlight: staff, kit managers, escorts," as relayed via Milann News.

Furlani added:

"A heartfelt thanks goes to all of you, to those who every day, with passion and humility, help our young players grow. Those who work in the Youth Sector are the beating heart of our project, the silent force that fuels Rossoneri dreams. A sincere thank you also goes to families and parents, who face sacrifices, distances, and commitments to support their sons and daughters, and entrust them to what is a second home for them: the PUMA House of Football, the cradle where Milan grows, on and off the field. And a thought for the athletes, for those who step onto the field every day with courage and responsibility. Wearing the Milan jersey is not easy: it requires character, discipline, and true love for these colors.”
