The Milan-Como match in Perth is becoming a real controversy. First there was talk of a possible reversal due to some requests from the Asian Federation, then a counter-reversal came with statements from president Ezio Simonelli before the Supercoppa and from CEO De Siervo, who even asked Italian fans for a "small effort."
Meanwhile, no official confirmation has arrived yet, although the current direction seems to point toward Milan and Como actually playing the 24th round of Serie A in Perth next February. New doubts have, however, emerged, with Il Quotidiano Sportivo, edition, headlining this morning:
"Even CONI (Italy's Olympic Committee) is puzzled."
