On his website, Alfredo Pedullà provided an update on AC Milan’s transfer market, focusing in particular on the club’s interest in Dušan Vlahović, whose contract with Juventus expires at the end of this season:
"Last September, a few days after the close of the summer transfer window, we reported that the story between Dušan Vlahović and Milan, which had stalled in August due to the Rossoneri’s decision to wait despite Allegri’s pressure, would have further chapters ahead of next summer. ‘The game is still open’, that was our summary back in September.
A few days ago, we added that Milan would move for a striker without spending too much (Füllkrug), in order to plan a major signing for the summer. We specifically mentioned Vlahović. It is no coincidence that in recent hours Milan have been close to finalising an interesting signing for the future: the reference is to Andrej Kostić, a talented 2007-born striker represented by Ristić, the same agent as Vlahović. Dušan must first recover from a serious injury and then think about his future, but there is no doubt that Milan are a solution to keep a close eye on ahead of next summer."
