During the usual segment on the program "L'Originale del lunedì" broadcast on Sky Sport, transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio discussed the future of former Milan player Sandro Tonali, currently plying his trade for Newcastle, saying that Juventus will make a serious attempt to bring him back to Serie A in the summer:
"Juventus will try to get a midfielder on loan in January. But why? Because they actually want to have the space and budget to attempt Tonali in June. Juventus wants to sign Tonali in June. That is their very first idea, their top choice for June, because Tonali will not move now."
