The second most-used player by Cremonese in the first half of the season is Filippo Terracciano, a defender born in 2003 who arrived in the summer on loan from Milan. He immediately earned the full trust of Davide Nicola, who has made him a key figure in his setup, always deploying him as one of the wide centre-backs in a three-man defence. The coach has been well rewarded, as the player has also enjoyed the satisfaction of scoring a few goals.
Today, after the last-gasp defeat against Fiorentina, Terracciano spoke to DAZN. Here are his words.
How important is the extra work off the pitch to improve?
"I have to thank Cremonese a lot for the trust they showed in me right from the start. With the coach and the staff we work a great deal, also on an individual level. My time at Milan was a phase that taught me a lot, both on a human level and from a technical and tactical point of view. I am on a path of growth and I have no intention of stopping. That is the only way I can achieve the results I want."
