La Gazzetta dello Sport runs with the headline:
"Physicality, duels, presence in the box: why Füllkrug is what Milan were missing."
The German forward, who joined a few days ago on loan from West Ham with an option to buy, made his debut last Friday in Cagliari. He came on in the second half and immediately showed his main traits: aerial duels, physical strength, and a strong presence inside the penalty area.

"He is a player who brings a lot of physicality inside the box. Those characteristics were missing at Milan, and he has surprised us this week. He has shown great enthusiasm and, above all, a solid physical presence. At the moment, he has around 30 to 40 minutes in his legs," said sporting director Igli Tare in his pre-match comments.
