Lorenzo Colombo, the Genoa striker on loan from AC Milan, spoke to DAZN after the match against the Rossoneri, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Did the draw feel a bit tight for you?
“It means a lot for our journey. We were coming off four matches where we didn’t get the points we wanted. Today was a great performance and, in front of a stadium like this, we showed that we can hold our own. We came very close to taking all three points. But we choose to look at the glass half full.”
Once again you didn’t celebrate against Milan. Will you ever celebrate?
“Impossible. I was born here. It was too important a part of my life, they brought me up from the age of five. I will never celebrate. With these colours, this is the best stadium in Italy. When you step onto the pitch, it gives you positive energy.”
