Lorenzo Colombo could soon become a Genoa player in every sense. Currently on loan from AC Milan, he is closing in on meeting the conditions that would trigger the mandatory purchase clause. An obligation that would make Colombo happy, as he explained in an interview with La Repubblica.

"I would clearly be very happy because I am feeling great here. I like the city, the training centre, the staff, I like everything about the club, I am in love with the stadium. I absolutely want it to happen."
