It looked as though the paths would part at the end of this season, but instead the daily work of Massimiliano Allegri and Igli Tare led Mike Maignan to dramatically change his mind about his future at Milan. The French goalkeeper has decided to stay with the Rossoneri, effectively committing himself to the Milan club for life.

The saga is therefore over, with the Frenchman extending his contract until 2031 on a salary of €7 million per season, bonuses included.
