Among the signings that the Rossoneri club completed during the January winter transfer window for the Milan Futuro project and its coach Massimo Oddo, one of the latest deals to be officially registered was that of Yahya Idrissi-Regragui, a 2007-born attacking midfielder who joined on a permanent transfer from Chelsea. He is French, of Moroccan origin.
On his social media channels, the new Rossoneri player immediately showed he is ready for this new chapter. In an Instagram post, he wrote: "Grateful for the opportunity. Ready to get going. Alhamdulillah" Shortly before, he had also posted a message dedicated to Chelsea, the club he joined at a very young age in their youth academy: "Thankful for the journey and to everyone who played a part at Chelsea. Onwards."
