The Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport ran this headline this morning:
"The Diavolo's man. Leader and goal scorer: now Rabiot is the driving soul of Milan."
The paper praises the Frenchman, who has become an indispensable part of Max Allegri’s team, with the coach never willing to do without him. On Tuesday in Bologna, the former Marseille player delivered yet another great performance and scored his third goal of the season.
After Bologna–Milan 0–3, Opta reported these two statistics about Adrien Rabiot, who scored Milan’s third goal at the Dall’Ara:
Since last December, Adrien Rabiot is the midfielder who has been involved in the most goals in Serie A: seven in total, with four goals and three assists for the Frenchman, as relayed via Milan News.
Only Lautaro Martínez (eight) has been involved in more away goals than Adrien Rabiot in this Serie A season: seven (the same as Christian Pulisic and Nico Paz), with four goals and three assists for the Frenchman.
