"Bartesaghi and Tomori, two more renewals ready"
that is the headline in this morning’s Corriere dello Sport, which explains that, after recently making official the very important contract extension of Mike Maignan, the Rossoneri are now close to securing the signatures of two more players, namely Davide Bartesaghi and Fikayo Tomori.
The first, who has now become Milan’s regular starter on the left flank, renewed his deal until 2030 only a few months ago, but a further extension to 2031 is expected soon, with his salary tripled (around €2 million per season).
Tomori is also just one step away from signing: the current contract of the English defender (whose priority has always been to stay at Milan despite several expressions of interest in recent months) expires in 2027, but a renewal until June 30, 2030 is ready for him (his €3.5 million per year salary will remain unchanged).
