There are still a few days to go before Milan’s match on Friday away at Pisa, but as of today the feeling is that Christian Pulisic should be called up by Massimiliano Allegri, while Alexis Saelemaekers should not be risked. Rafael Leão, on the other hand, will be regularly available: he is not yet at his best due to discomfort in the adductor that has been troubling him for several weeks, but he continues to train with the group at Milanello.

Heading toward a call-up:
Returning to Pulisic, the American missed the last match against Bologna due to bursitis in the iliopsoas area. The former Chelsea player, who has not yet scored in 2026, trained separately again today, but is much better and should return to training with the rest of his teammates in the coming days. There is not complete certainty yet, but everything suggests that he will also be included in Allegri’s squad list for Friday’s away trip to Pisa, as relayed via Milan News.
No risks:
The one who instead should not be in Tuscany is Saelemaekers, who had been substituted at halftime against Roma due to a recurrence of the adductor problem he suffered toward the end of the match against Lecce. The Belgian, who like Pulisic also missed the last match against Bologna, underwent some medical checks today that brought good news: there has in fact been a positive evolution in his injury.
Allegri, however, does not want to take any risks, and for this reason the recovery of the Milan right winger will not be rushed; in all likelihood he will return for the rescheduled match against Como set for February 18 at San Siro.
