Alex Jimenez, a Bournemouth player on loan from Milan, spoke to Mundo Deportivo as follows:
“In Italy, the pace is definitely slower because the game is much more tactical compared to the Premier League. Here it’s far more physical, a constant back-and-forth, and you have to be extremely well prepared athletically. Given my characteristics, I feel more comfortable with, and better suited to, English football."

Alex Jimenez added:
"I felt that at Milan I wouldn’t get the minutes I was hoping for this season, and this opportunity came up. I saw it as a chance, and I believe I’m making the most of it. Real Madrid? Right now I’m focused on Bournemouth and on this season, but going back would be a dream because I grew up there and it’s the place that taught me to be who I am today."
