This is how La Gazzetta dello Sport headlines this morning. The newspaper explained that after visiting Milanello on Sunday to see Allegri and the Rossoneri squad, Gerry Cardinale went yesterday for the first time to the offices of the Serie A Football League, where the Assembly was scheduled.
The RedBird chief thus had the opportunity to meet with the League’s top officials and representatives of other clubs, with whom he discussed possible developments for the Italian top flight in the United States.
After visiting Milanello twice in less than a month, Cardinale is now also expected at San Siro, which he hasn’t been to in quite some time. He won’t be in the stands tomorrow for the rescheduled match against Como, nor over the weekend for Milan-Parma, but perhaps a good opportunity could be the Milan derby, which will be played on March 7 or 8.
