AC Milan prepares to face Inter in the derby. As 'Corriere dello Sport' recalls, Matteo Gabbia will be unavailable in defense. In his place, Koni De Winter should get the nod.
The former Genoa player, over the past more than two months, has fully earned the Milan shirt after some difficult first months.
He will wear it as a starter in Sunday’s derby as well, when he will be called upon to replace Gabbia, who has undergone surgery to resolve an inguinal hernia problem. Once again it will be the former Genoa player’s turn to play at the center of Milan’s three-man defense, alongside Strahinja Pavlovic and Fikayo Tomori.
