With matches every three days, it will be crucial to expand the squad with experienced players who can make an immediate impact and lead their teammates, including the younger ones, as Adrien Rabiot and Luka Modrić have done this season. The last two transfer windows did not fully convince him. For example, it is no secret that in January he asked for a defender who ultimately never arrived. For this reason, while still respecting each role within the club, he would like to have a stronger voice in the decisions that shape the next Milan squad.
