A few days ago, AC Milan seemed to be on the verge of securing the services of André, the young 2006-born midfielder from Corinthians, but the situation has now changed completely.
The deal stalled when the president of the Brazilian club decided not to approve the player’s transfer after pressure from the coach and the fans, and he asked Milan to increase their offer.
According to Milannews.it, however, the club has no intention of raising its financial proposal, which was 15 million euros plus 2 million in bonuses for 70% of the player’s rights (the remaining 30% belongs to André, who had already agreed to give up his share to facilitate the move to Milan).
The Corinthians president, Osmar Stabile, is now ready to offer the player not only in Portugal (Benfica and Porto) but also in the Premier League.
