Positive moment for Youssouf Fofana, increasingly important in the team dynamics of Max Allegri’s Milan. The French midfielder spoke to the Club’s official channels; here are his statements:
In two years at Milan, you have already played several derbies…
"It was the seventh derby against Inter; match after match, I feel a little more like a Milanista."
On his qualities:
“I am a player who likes to take risks in the last 25-30 meters, risks that you don’t often see in Serie A. Sometimes the passes are wrong, sometimes the pass succeeds," said Fofana.
His role and what coach Massimiliano Allegri asks of him:
“Being between the lines is not an easy role, having the speed, making the right control, making the right pass for the forwards, looking at others first… it’s not easy, but I’m still learning. Month by month, I have to say that I have really taken a step forward.”
On Lazio and the end of the season, Fofana commented:
“We want to do well; we have to stay focused on our season. We will need to do the right things and do them well to bring home the three points.”
