Zachary Athekame spoke to DAZN at the final whistle of Milan–Torino. Here’s what he said:
On a very different Milan in the second half:
“The coach spoke at halftime and the team followed his instructions. I came on with aggression, and the match went much better.”
On his improvements:
“I work a lot at Milanello with the team, the coach, and the staff. I’m very happy with how well we work together.”
Do you practice the 4-3-3 at Milanello?
“Yes, we practice both a back four and a back five. The game changes depending on the system. We work a lot on this in training.”
