AC Milan quickly returned to winning ways yesterday afternoon against Torino at San Siro, finishing with a 3–2 result. This victory allows Allegri and the entire team to head into the break with calm and confidence for the final stretch of the season. However, today’s news comes off the pitch, as reported by Peppe Di Stefano, a Sky Sport journalist, live from Casa Milan.
According to the report, in recent days there was a meeting at the Rossoneri headquarters between the club’s management and Massimiliano Allegri, as relayed via Milan News. Di Stefano specifies that the meeting was attended by the Milan coach along with CEO Giorgio Furlani and sporting director Igli Tare.
It was an initial meeting aimed at laying the foundations for the future and the upcoming seasons: they discussed outlooks, budgets, the coach’s requests in the transfer market, and profiles of both young and experienced players. The club intends to continue along the path followed in recent years: signing players with strong potential and pairing them with seasoned veterans.
Di Stefano also noted that on Friday evening, on the eve of the match against Torino, Furlani and Tare visited the team during their training camp and stayed for dinner with the squad.
