This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport leads with the headline: “Milan, Leão is on the brink. He returns to the starting line-up and is playing for his future at the club.”
Today at 18:00 (Italy's time), AC Milan will host Udinese Calcio at San Siro, and for this match Massimiliano Allegri will abandon the 3-5-2 formation and switch to a 4-3-3, with Rafael Leão leading the attack as a centre-forward, and Alexis Saelemaekers and Christian Pulisic on the wings.
The Portuguese forward, whose future at the club now seems far from certain, therefore returns to the starting line-up after being on the bench in Naples.
