The confirmation of Silvano Vos's devastating impact on Milan Futuro comes from the opponents. Bonera's team drew 1-1 against Carpi on the second matchday of the season: the biancorossi took the lead with Zagnoni in the 16th minute, and Camarda equalized with a penalty twenty minutes from the end. The midfielder born in 2005, who arrived from Ajax, came on in the second half in place of Hodzic, but it took him only a few minutes to make a difference.

"Vos is out of this category", said the Carpi coach Cristian Serpini. In the second half, the player practically changed the game: in the midfield, he began distributing balls with his right foot.
He then made runs, provided through balls, and accurate passes for the forwards. Thanks to one of his moves, the visiting defense conceded the penalty: Vos entered the area, tried to assist Camarda, and Panelli fouled him. After the equalizer, the 2008-born forward went to hug the Dutchman.
A snapshot quickly captured by photographers. Milan posted the shot on social media: "Instant chemistry" between the two. Fans went wild with comments, from "Silvano you’re amazing" to "you don’t belong in Serie C."
The official confirmation came only on the last day of the transfer market. Ajax and Milan reached an agreement and finalized the deal: 5 million euros including fixed fees and bonuses for the permanent transfer. The Dutch club’s request was 10 million euros, but both parties worked hard to reach an agreement. The Rossoneri's idea was clear from the start: to have Vos start playing with the U23 team to acclimate and regain confidence.
Vos could be an asset for Milan's first team...
Promotion to the first team remains a concrete possibility. He is a defensive midfielder but can also play as a central midfielder or attacking midfielder. Fonseca might find him useful during the season to manage the team's energy between Serie A and the Champions League. Last year, the 2005-born player split his time between the B team and Eredivisie: 11 appearances in the league and 3 in the Europa League.
The team’s difficult season and limited opportunities with the senior team pushed the midfielder to leave. Farioli chose not to call him up for the summer training camp, so Vos was sent back to Jong Ajax. Then Milan arrived, and the player had no doubts. After 12 years with the Amsterdam club, he bid farewell.
Bonera did not get carried away after the draw with Carpi: "Vos is a dynamic and enterprising player. He likes to play high and be aggressive. He has had a good impact on the group and gives us important help."
The Dutchman seemed like a giant in his first 45 minutes wearing the Milan shirt. He ignited the game and led his team to the 1-1 draw. He has personality, significant technical skills, and a great physical build: he is 1.89 meters tall. Meanwhile, Fonseca has been alerted. For his playing style, experts have compared him to Fofana.
Some even see a resemblance to Kessié. The truth is that the 2005-born player will have all the time to prove he has what it takes to make a difference in Serie A. Ajax developed him: he joined the youth teams at 7 years old. At 11, he was already a fan favorite after winning a juggling contest with 3,178 consecutive touches. He completed his training and made his Eredivisie debut at 18 years old, on April 9, 2023: he played the last twenty minutes in a 4-0 win against Fortuna Sittard. Last year, he had more opportunities and was also called up by the Netherlands U19. "From now on, I am a Rossonero", Vos wrote on Instagram after his debut. Milan Futuro has a new asset in midfield.
