A first season in the AC Milan colours characterised by often decisive goals was not enough for Luka Jovic to convince the Rossoneri club management.
At least not entirely, because while it’s true that the club exercised the clause to renew his contract, they simultaneously tried to sell him until the very last day of the summer transfer window.
Now, writes Calciomercato.com, the Serbian striker is overshadowed by both Alvaro Morata and Tammy Abraham and has been excluded from the Champions League squad.
The feeling is that the winter transfer window could mark his departure. The former Real Madrid centre-forward has made 2 appearances so far in Serie A with 64 minutes played in total.
