A famous Instagram model, who goes by the name Luisa Kremleva, is facing serious trouble after falsely accusing AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez of rape and physical assault.
In fact, the woman in question did claim that the former Atlético Madrid and Real Madrid player abused and violated her in Porsche Cayenne near a nightclub in Spain in 2017.
She also claimed that Theo Hernandez caused her knee injuries after pushing her out of the car.
According to The Sun, the investigations were not in favour of the Russian-Spanish Instagram model Kremleva as prosecutors found CCTV footage that showed the model had suffered her knee injuries in an accidental fall outside the nightclub.They alleged in their indictment Kremleva had acted "maliciously" in accusing Hernandez of raping her as he refused to go home with her after having "consensual" sex in the car.
She faces a trial which is scheduled for October 28 at a court in Malaga, Costa De Sol. On the other hand, it is not confirmed if Theo Hernandez shall attend in person or will be able to be giving any evidence via video link.
Finally, the public prosecutors have said in a pre-trial indictment, according to The Sun, that they would like Luisa Kremleva to receive a two-year prison sentence with a fine around 14 thousand euros (£12,000) if convicted.
