Samuele Ricci, the Torino midfielder, is an interesting profile whose talent is recognised by many, including Italy national team head coach Luciano Spalletti. Recent reports have also linked the player to AC Milan.
According to what is reported by Calciomercato.com, the Italian's profile appeared in Milan's radar for Milan and other important Serie A clubs who are looking for young talents.
In fact, last summer, Milan had included him, along with Roma's Manu Koné, on the list of primary alternatives to Fofana. A strong interest that did not materialise into negotiations because in the end, the Rossoneri club decided to focus heavily on the former Monaco midfielder, Youssouf Fofana.
The policy of the Rossoneri management, however, has been the same: certain targets never completely disappear from radar, as happened with Thiaw (who was signed two years after the first approach) or Fofana himself. That’s why a new attempt at the end of the season cannot be ruled out for 23-year-old Samuele Ricci.

In Italy, he is seen as a special talent in midfield with much room to improve and become a class player. According to Transfermarkt, his value should be set at 22 million euros.
