In an interview with those at calciomercato.it, former AC Milan director, Ariedo Braida, spoke about Milan, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and Rafael Leao.
Here's what he said:

"Italian youngsters should only play if they're good. Age is not synonymous with skill. The ones at Barcelona play because they are very strong. It’s wrong to compare Yamal and Camarda: Lamin is a top talent."
Braida added:
"Camarda is good, but he’s not at that level yet and needs to develop. The same goes for Pafundi. They will reach the top, but they still have to grow."
On Zlatan Ibrahimovic:
"Ibrahimovic must learn the job of an executive, but I'm sure he will come through. Zlatan is very intelligent, but you don’t start out knowing everything. Like everyone in a new role, he does both positive and negative things. Experience is an important quality."
On Rafael Leao, Braida said:
"Leao has all the potential to become a top player: he has power, physicality, speed, and he can easily take on defenders. He lacks nothing, but he has too many breaks during the season. At 25, it’s difficult to take the final step. It’s like needing that last cent to make a euro."
Regarding Matteo Gabbia, the former AC Milan director commented:
“Gabbia is a bit overlooked in the media, but he’s doing very well and is perfect in terms of behaviour. I see him as a future captain of AC Milan. He would be the right element to give the team an Italian and Milanese identity.”
