The Swede held talks with individual players, especially with the Portuguese left-winger Rafael Leao. The two spoke. Leao is expected to start on the bench against Bologna, but the retired Swedish striker is anticipating a reaction.

Additionally, Zlatan praised the entire team for their successes against Serie A Udinese and Club Brugge. He also gave a lot of compliments to Christian Pulisic (who will be seen again as the number 10 role against Bologna) and the coaching staff.
