AC Milan will play against Napoli tomorrow without the presence of their Italian centre-back, Matteo Gabbia.

The former Villarreal defender, in fact, has picked up an injury yesterday at Milanello. He is suffering from a muscle soreness and will have to rest for a while in order to recover and get back to form.
Confirmations have also arrived from the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport in this morning's print edition.
Who will replace Gabbia against Napoli?
German defender Malick Thiaw is favoured over Strahinja Pavlovic.
Davide Calabria hopes to play instead of Emerson Royal or Filippo Terracciano.
In midfield, it’s Ruben Loftus-Cheek with Youssouf Fofana. Up front, there’s a choice between Rafael Leao and Noah Okafor, with Rafael Leao in pursuit.
