Tijjani Reijnders spoke to DAZN at the end of Cagliari-Milan, which ended 3-3. Here are his statements:
“The conceded goals? We started off by immediately conceding a goal; that’s not how you want to start a game. It’s unacceptable, as Milan, to concede three identical goals; it’s just not acceptable for us.”

How did you come up with the outside pass assist to Rafael Leao? Reijnders replied:
“I was looking for space in the middle, didn’t find it, and then I saw Rafa making a run. It was the only way to get the ball to him, and luckily he scored.”
What did the coach ask of you at halftime regarding the defence?
“We knew about their crosses—it’s one of their strengths. We weren’t attentive enough; there was always someone free at the back post. We need to take a good look at ourselves and understand. You can’t win games like this if you don’t defend well.”
