As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Milan fans have erupted in protest. The straw that broke the camel’s back was the 0-0 home draw against Genoa during the celebration of the club’s 125th anniversary.
At the end of the match, fans directed whistles and displayed banners targeting the management and ownership. The messages from the Curva Sud were echoed by non-organized supporters, and even U.S. television networks covered the protest.
In just two years, the Milan world has undergone a drastic turnaround: from winning the 2022 Scudetto to sitting eighth in Serie A with a string of disappointing results. This decline coincides with the arrival of RedBird in August two years ago.

Milan coach, Fonseca, however, was met with total indifference and silence.
The Rossoneri team hasn’t performed this poorly in the league since the 2019/20 season. Despite the results, Fonseca’s position is reportedly not at risk, and Zlatan Ibrahimović, a consultant for the Rossoneri, has reiterated his confidence in the Portuguese coach, as relayed via PianetaMilan.
