Carlo Pellegatti, speaking on his social media profiles, commented on Milan's disastrous defeat at Bologna, which has further dimmed the Rossoneri’s hopes of qualifying for the Champions League:
"There is some good news tonight: there are 12 matches left until the end of the season. And then this league, this season—yes, there's still the Coppa Italia, fine—but this 2024/2025 season will finally come to an end, because we can't take it anymore. It's torture. A few moments of joy, but so many disappointments. Once again tonight, the Rossoneri faithful left with their heads down, with empty stares, just like a few days ago after the match against Feyenoord. I always ask myself, what do we deserve? What have we done to deserve all this? I don’t know."

"The players—even the players—try to put in the effort, but they don’t have a clear playing structure. It seems like they themselves don’t believe in what they’re doing, and so these results come. I hope the owner realizes the situation, realizes the poor decisions made over the past two years. Even the January transfer window, despite being costly, reeks of failure. Walker is injured, Gimenez looks lifeless, Felix looks lifeless, Sottil isn’t on the pitch, Bondo isn’t on the pitch. The summer transfer window brought no results, or at best, very little. The January market, which was supposed to strengthen the squad, is currently failing. I hope something changes, that we take drastic action to turn this situation around."
"And I’ll end with the refereeing team: they have no respect for Milan."
There seemed to be a clear handball, but VAR says otherwise. It looked like the ball was out, but VAR says otherwise. A push on Leao wasn’t called, but the same push was whistled for a Bologna player. There is no respect."
