Peppe Di Stefano, speaking on Sky Sport 24, made the following remarks about Milan’s corporate situation:
"Yesterday, Giorgio Furlani left for the United States, as anticipated by Luca Bianchin. Furlani is Milan’s CEO, and last week, he did not take part with Cardinale and Ibrahimović in London in the meetings with the three possible candidates for the position of Milan’s new sporting director—namely, Berta, who, however, is destined for Arsenal, Tare, and Paratici. Furlani departed for the U.S., reportedly accompanied by two trusted men, likely two lawyers, to meet with Gerry Cardinale and attempt to rebalance Milan and, consequently, the power dynamics within the club: to understand who has and will have more weight in decision-making."

Ibrahimović and Cardinale have supposedly already chosen Tare as the new sporting director, but there likely isn’t yet unanimous approval.
"This was already evident when, before the match against Lazio, Furlani himself emphasized his central role within Milan’s structure—responsibilities and honors—and, speaking in general terms, reiterated that the final word belongs to him as the CEO. And here, the usual discussion resurfaces: on one side, there is the Cardinale sphere with Ibrahimović (Cardinale’s sole reference for the sporting sector), and on the other side, there is the Elliott sphere with Furlani, a numbers man who, through prudent management in recent years, has financially stabilized the Rossoneri club."
Di Stefano continued to talk about Milan:
"I believe that, at this moment, everything has been put on standby—I’m referring to technical matters such as the choice of the new sporting director, the potential future coach, and the summer transfer market. First, the balance of power within the club must be defined and realigned. These will therefore be delicate days and weeks. If there are differences, they need to be clarified, and an internal balance must be found. Because without harmony, it will be difficult to build a winning Milan."
