In these weeks, there is more noise in the corridors of Casa Milan than in the stands of San Siro.

The disappointing Rossoneri season is now almost at its end, and the fans cannot wait to reach the finish line of what has been one of the most inconsistent seasons in recent years. Milan’s many lows and few highs have set the club back after it had finally returned to competing for something important, as it had not done for some time.

The Champions League had once again become a fixture at San Siro after a grim seven-year period, but a shocking setback—one that has had and continues to have a worrying continuity—has compromised everything and, in fact, has brought Milan back to square one. Now, rebuilding from the foundations will be necessary, and doing so is never easy.

A new model is needed because the American one does not seem to be working. But which one? It will certainly be necessary to put experienced people in charge, not improvised figures. We do not want to name names, and we are not here to judge anyone’s work—perhaps we have done so like everyone else—but there is no need to repeat it. What is necessary, however, is for things to change because what has been done so far has not been enough to elevate the name of a club like Milan.

By the way, if you check mightytips.com, you'll notice that it is a website to find free betting tips and also top bookmakers in your area. In the website, you can find updated information for different categories such as basketball, and football. Thanks to that and their articles and reviews, you may be able to form a better opinion especially when it comes to the next AC Milan match.

The first thing to do will be to appoint a new sporting director. Not a minor role—this person must certainly be competent and, ideally, Italian or at least experienced in Italian football, which wouldn’t hurt.

The Portuguese bench project did not go as hoped for Milan...

Bringing in a coach who knows the league inside out and has both national and international experience is the second priority. The last, but by no means least important, step is to restore order within the club. Defining who makes the decisions, when they make them, and, above all, establishing clear hierarchies will help everyone and create that link between management and the pitch that may seem like a small thing but is anything but, as relayed via MilanPress.it.

This is precisely what Milan has lacked this season. A club situation that calling messy would be an understatement spilled onto the pitch, creating the same disorder seen particularly in recent months, which has almost completely knocked the Rossoneri out of contention.

Now, it is necessary to start again with a strong, well-matched duo of sporting director and coach who know how to do their job. A new model after the failure of the old one. Easy to say, but difficult to do...
